Nothing contained in the Nuvilo application or website constitutes the practice of medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or any other licensed health profession. The Service does not create any doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or other healthcare-provider relationship between Nuvilo and any user.
All healthcare decisions, including which facility to visit, which treatment to seek, and when to seek care, are entirely yours and should be made in consultation with qualified, licensed medical professionals.
2. Not a Substitute for Emergency Services
Nuvilo must not be used as a primary means of assistance in any life-threatening or serious medical emergency. The app is designed to help users locate non-emergency or routine healthcare facilities at a time when they are not in immediate danger.
In any situation involving:
- Chest pain or suspected heart attack
- Signs of stroke (facial drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty)
- Difficulty breathing or respiratory distress
- Severe bleeding or trauma
- Loss of consciousness
- Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis)
- Any condition where delay in treatment could result in serious harm or death
You must call emergency services immediately: 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK. Do not use Nuvilo in these situations.
3. Information Accuracy Disclaimer
Nuvilo makes reasonable efforts to ensure that facility information, including names, addresses, contact numbers, operating hours, and services is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any information presented in the Service.
Healthcare facilities change their hours, services, locations, and operational status frequently. Information that was accurate at the time of collection may become outdated without notice. Nuvilo accepts no responsibility for loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information.

Healthcare facility listings in Nuvilo are sourced from publicly available national databases, government health registries, and third-party data providers. Nuvilo does not own or operate any of the facilities listed.
The inclusion of a facility in Nuvilo's directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or accreditation of that facility by Nuvilo. We do not verify the quality of care, patient experience, staff qualifications, or clinical outcomes at any listed facility.
User reviews and ratings displayed in the app, where applicable, reflect the opinions of individual users and do not represent the views of Nuvilo. Nuvilo is not responsible for the accuracy or fairness of user-submitted content.
5. No Treatment Guarantee
Nuvilo does not guarantee that any healthcare facility listed in the Service will:
- Be accepting new patients or walk-in visitors at the time of your visit
- Have capacity to treat you when you arrive
- Offer the specific service, specialist, or treatment you require
- Accept your insurance plan or provide services at a cost you can afford
- Meet any particular standard of care or quality
Nuvilo is a navigation and discovery tool only. The decision to seek care at any facility, and the outcome of that care, is entirely between you and the healthcare provider. Nuvilo accepts no liability for any outcome resulting from your visit to a facility located through the Service.
6. Navigation Accuracy
Turn-by-turn navigation directions provided by Nuvilo are generated using third-party mapping services and are provided for general guidance only. Navigation data may be affected by:
- GPS signal accuracy and device limitations
- Real-time road closures, construction, or traffic conditions not yet reflected in map data
- Map data that is outdated or contains errors
- Facility entrance or access points that differ from the map address
You are responsible for following applicable traffic laws and exercising sound judgement when navigating. Nuvilo accepts no responsibility for any accident, injury, loss, or delay arising from the use of navigation features.
Do not operate navigation features while driving without a hands-free setup. Always keep your eyes on the road.
7. No Substitute for Professional Medical Advice

For this reason, we strongly advise users not to rely exclusively on Nuvilo to locate emergency care. Keep local emergency numbers saved on your phone at all times.
